Personal liability insurance

Personal liability insurance protects you against the financial consequences of being held liable for damage or injury. With a few exceptions, it covers both personal injury and property damage caused by you as the insured.

This insurance is sometimes referred to as third party liability insurance. Please note that the term WA insurance is officially only used for motor vehicles.
